Are you a passionate pediatric SLP looking for a flexible, child-centered role that aligns with your clinical style and lifestyle? We’re a growing private practice seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our warm and collaborative team. This role is fully flexible in both schedule and location — whether you're looking for casual, part-time, or full-time hours, we’ll build a caseload that works for you. Sessions can take place in homes, schools, daycares, playgrounds, in our clinic, or remotely from your home.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Registered with CSHBC

• Experience supporting autistic children and neurodivergent learners

• Vehicle required for travel to home and community visits

Preferred Qualifications:

• On the RASP list

• 2+ years of pediatric experience

• Skilled in play-based therapy and parent coaching

• Knowledge of and confidence using AAC systems

• Second language is an asset!
